The hotel offered excellent on-site parking with EV chargers. I appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of a public transportation pass. This pass was welcome considering the steep hills.

The pool area needs some maintenance, especially for the price. I observed that the shower heads need replacement. Some of the equipment was not working properly , I noticed.

Excellent Hotel

attentive staff convenient parking free transport

The valet parking was convenient. Staff was very attentive. I found the free public transport offered to guests very useful. Lausanne sits on a hill. It requires some fitness to explore without public transport. The metro station located right in front was convenient. This made getting around the area quite easy. The walk to the lakeside was not far at all. The hotel offered both an indoor pool and an outdoor pool.

The hotel location is close to the lake. The hotel is next to a metro that goes everywhere. It really helped my exploration. I was walking distance to many places.

limited buffet furniture scratches

i found a couple of things disappointing. the breakfast buffet felt a bit limited for a hotel of this supposed caliber (i expected more options). also, the gym was smaller than i anticipated, with only a few machines. it felt cramped during peak hours. i also noticed some wear and tear in the room, particularly on the furniture. the desk had some noticeable scratches, it diminished the overall impression.
